Terms & Conditions regarding Teacher Training Courses, Community events and Workshops

Bookings and Registrations

Bookings and registration for all paid workshops. courses and events are taken through littlelovesyoga.co.uk and must be paid upfront or on a subscription basis if available.


Little Loves Yoga CIC reserves the right to cancel an event or workshop before it starts if there is a problem with the venue or class size. In the event of cancellation, you will be contacted by Little Loves Yoga CIC. Please ensure your contact information on file is up to date. Your course fee will be returned and Little Loves Yoga CIC will endeavour to offer you an opportunity to attend another event or workshop.


There are no refunds given for course material. If you feel that the course has not been satisfactory you must write to Becky at beckyroseyoga@gmail.com detailing your concerns.

Cancellations and Refunds – Covid-19, Government Regulations or Pandemics

If Little Loves Yoga CIC events or workshops must cease operating due to a Covid-19 outbreak, government regulations or guidelines, or lockdown, all events and workshops will be moved online.

Refunds will not be given if events and workshops must move online due to Covid-19 or government regulations.

The difference in price for online events and workshops will be taken into account and modifications will be made to the length of the events and workshops.

If in the event, events and workshops cannot be moved online immediately due to lack of childcare or resources on the part of the Practicioner, they will be transferable to a voucher redeemable at a future date.


Communication will be made in the first instance by email.

You can choose to opt in or out of WhatsApp mobile messenger groups for the purpose of keeping updated on classes or to stay in touch with your class cohort. Opting in and out is possible through the initial booking form. By opting in you are aware that your personal mobile number will be made visible to all parties in your course or class cohort. 

WhatsApp broadcast messaging may be used from time to time. This operates like text messaging, whereby no ones number will be made visible to anyone else. 

Facebook Business Messenger (otherwise known as business DMs) have proven unreliable so will not be checked as regularly as emails. Please make sure your email is up to date.


Payment is taken via littlelovesyoga.co.uk or directly by PayPal. In the event that payment via these methods cannot be possible, bank transfer is acceptable. Little Loves Yoga CIC does not handle cash or cheque.

Ground Rules

Little Loves Yoga CIC would like to make you aware of the ground rules which exist at each session, event or workshop for the purpose of the safety and comfort of each participant and to create a safe space for learning and sharing. Sharing will be limited to 5 mins at the beginning of each session and 10 minutes at the end of a session. Hot drinks will be kept out of reach of children. Choking hazards and other hazards(earrings, rings, lighters, etc) will be kept of the reach of children. The space is one where stricts rules of confidentiality (keeping what is said at the group within the group) will be adhered to at all times. Rules of kindness, respect, non racism and equality will be adhered to at all times. Little Loves Yoga CIC reserves the right to expel any participant found to be breaching these ground rules.

Safety and Wellbeing

Participants are responsible for the safety and wellbeing of their child(ren) during the entire length of any Little Loves Yoga CIC event or workshop they are attending.

Participating in a Little Loves Yoga CIC event is entirely at your own risk without any proven negligence, breach of duty of care or lack of due diligence by Little Loves Yoga CIC

If drinking a hot beverage, please ensure that it is kept out of reach of children.

To help minimize safety hazards, please keep small items out of reach of children to prevent choking.  

Little Loves Yoga CIC has a  safeguarding responsibility to report to the appropriate services ie Social Services or a local safeguarding officer if she has any concerns about the wellbeing or safety of a child or adult. 

Please respect the wishes of other parents, if they have a safety concern please listen with compassion and make any adjustments necessary to help eliminate the safety concern.  

If a participant behaves in a way that Little Loves Yoga CIC feels is unreasonable, dangerous or threatening, then Little Loves Yoga CIC reserves the rights to withdraw the provision of classes to the participant.

Your instructor, Becky Rose, is trained in infant and child first aid and CPR.  If you feel you need help or support at any time, please ask and your instructor, Becky Rose, will help you in any way possible.

Please help keep the Little Loves Yoga CIC community events and workshop space a welcoming and friendly one.

Equity, Equality and Inclusion

Little Loves Yoga CIC welcomes and accepts all parents and caregivers and the children in their care, regardless of their background, age or gender.

Little Loves Yoga CICs is committed to ensuring that every child and parent has the right to receive love and nurturing care as part of Little Loves Yoga CIC community  classes, courses and events, regardless of their background.

Subsidised spaces are available for parents and caregivers who may otherwise be unable to afford Little Loves Yoga CIC that is funded through our training programs.

Little Loves Yoga CIC is committed to offering free services to the community including parent meet-ups and support groups.

Little Loves Yoga CIC has a strict anti racism and active equality policy. Anyone in breach of these terms will be asked to terminate coming to community classes at Little Loves Yoga CIC

Social Media and Photography

In order to respect the privacy of participants, please refrain from taking photographs of other participants and their children, unless permission is given.

Participants are welcome to take photographs of themselves and their own child(ren) in class.

Please do not divulge personal information about other participants on social media without their permission. Magic Little Moments is a safe space where participants can openly talk about parenthood, please respect everyone’s privacy.

Little Loves Yoga CIC will only share photos taken in class where permission has been given by the participants who are in the image. These photos will only be shared on social media if permission has been given.

Privacy Statement/GDPR

Little Loves Yoga CIC collects the personal data of you and any children participating in community events and workshops in order to deliver classes to you. This will only be information you provide, Little Loves Yoga CIC does not go collecting it from social media or anywhere else. Your registration information will be stored securely in Google Mail and it will not be shared with anyone. Little Loves Yoga CIC will keep your sign up forms for a period of 1 year after your course finishes, when they will be deleted.

Little Loves Yoga CIC is participating in the NHS ‘Test and Trace’ program. If contacted by the NHS about a case of covid-19 within your class setting, we will provide them with your contact details so they can get in touch with you.


Little Loves Yoga CIC will not send you any marketing, unless you have subscribed to Little Loves Yoga CIC mailing list, though you will be contacted with information about the course you are signed up for and with a renewal option when your course comes to an end. Your email address will not be shared with anyone else without your permission. Little Loves Yoga CIC will keep any emails that you send for two years just as a record of our conversation.


Community events and workshops are a safe space and no pictures will be taken without anyone’s consent. Little Loves Yoga CIC may take pictures in order to promote a course, however care will be taken to protect everyone’s privacy. If pictures are taken, it will only be with your consent and you will be fully informed as to how they will be used.

We will never share your information with any third party

How do we store your data?

Your electronic data is stored within a secure and locked laptop through google forms and our booking site, bookwhen.

No paper data is stored.


Our company would like to send you information about the services which we feel you may like in the form of email. If you have agreed to accept marketing material you can opt out of this at any time by sending an email saying opt out of marketing.

If you have agreed to the use of images for marketing purposes you can opt out of this at any time.

What are your rights?

Every user is entitled to the following:

o The right to be informed about the collection of your data.

o The right to access–you have a right to request copies of all data we hold on your personal file.

o The right to rectification–You have the right to request that our company correct any information you believe to be inaccurate and to complete any information you believe to be incomplete

o The right to erasure–You have the right to request that our company erase all personal data under certain conditions.

o The right to restrict processing–You have the right to request that our company restricts the processing of your personal data under certain conditions.

o The right to object to personal processing – You have the right to object to our company’s processing of your personal data under certain conditions.

This policy will be updated annually from March 2021 unless changes in the law require otherwise.

The full amount is payable at the time of booking a course or community event worworkshop to confirm a place. Medical/Permission forms must be submitted by parents/carers attending any community event at Little Loves Yoga CIC. It is the responsibility of the parent/carer to inform the instructor of any changes to the Medical/Permission form on a weekly basis.  Payments are made via our booking website and can be via PayPal or Bank transfer.

Absence due to sickness

Refunds/discounts are not given for sessions missed within community events, workshops or teacher training course due to sickness. We can however arrange for you to attend the next available class/group that has spaces, so that you can catch up on any missed classes.


Your contact information and family details will not be shared with any third parties. I reserve the right to update fees and terms and conditions in the future.

Classes/Groups at Little Loves Yoga CIC fall into the category of ‘organised activities’ and ‘support and education’. These organised activities are permitted to take place outdoors in Level 4 with social distancing of 2 metres between adults is maintained and enhanced hygiene measures are in place. They are permitted at Level 2 and below with all necessary adaptations to be covid secure in place and adhering to the risks assessments of Carmont House.

This Policy has been adapted from government guidelines.

It is important that class/group attendees are safe and have a clear understanding of the current guidelines.

Hygiene measures at Carmont House: 

Hand sanitiser available upon arrival

Self service tea is under the hygiene certificate and risk assessment of Becky Rose Yoga and Mindfulness

Food & Drink purchased in the Easterbrook Bistro will come under the measures in place by the Bistro 

Personal safety:

A mask to mat policy is in place for indoor classes and social distancing measures are in place at any outdoor classes/groups.

Hand sanitiser will be provided on entry and available at more than one area within our room or outdoor area.

Participants will be encouraged not to share equipment or personal belongings with other participants.

If classes/groups are cancelled due to any local lockdowns/restrictions these classes will be moved online or future credit will be given and are non-refundable.

Little Loves Yoga CIC will sanitise all equipment before and after every class/group including mats, resources, toys, door handles, banisters, and oil bottles by sanitising wipes and a steam cleaner. 

Baby changing- there will be sanitising wipes to disinfect the changing table before and after each use 

Self service Baby weighing – There will be sanitising wipes  to disinfect the scales before and after each use

Little Loves Yoga CIC responsibility:

Risk assessment is in place within room or outdoor area, in the moment risk assessments take place and adhere to the risk assessments carried out by Carmont House including one way systems, ventilation for indoor classes and following the guidelines and risk assessments for any catering required, a mask and/or a face visor will be worn by the business owner when moving round the room.

Track and Trace

Attendance will be generated on our booking website. 

Hand sanitiser will be provided  for attendees to use both indoors and outdoors at Carmont House. 

Attendee information will be destroyed after 1 month by Little Loves Yoga CIC.

The information needed will be the full name of parent and of baby/child attending the class/group and a contact telephone number.

Social Distancing

Children under 12 do not have to socially distance.

Adults need to socially distance by 2 metres within indoor and outdoor classes/groups.

Masks are mandatory, social distancing is in place at Carmont House, the Crichton Estate. There is a mask to mat policy for indoor classes/groups and the room is spaced for 2 metre distancing, attendees must wear a mask to leave the room or move round the room. 2 metre distancing is in place for all adults attending outdoor classes/groups.

COVID-19 Symptoms

If Becky of Little Loves Yoga CIC develops symptoms of COVID -19 then the class/group will be cancelled and self isolation will start for 10 days and all classes/groups within that time will be cancelled

If you are displaying any of the following symptoms: high temperature, continuous cough or a lack of sense of taste and/or smell please do not attend any class/group. More information on symptoms can be found here: Symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) – NHS (www.nhs.uk)

Please DO NOT attend any classes/groups if you have been in contact with anyone indoors/outdoors who has tested positive with COVID-19 or any other variants.

If you develop symptoms during any class/group inform Little Loves Yoga CIC who will in turn inform Track and Trace.

Little Loves Yoga CIC is insured to facilitate indoor and outdoor classes/groups via Westminster Indemnity, and I have an up to date PVG certificate, with all the relevant training and qualifications required to run all available classes/groups. Little Loves Yoga CIC aims to be covid secure at all times and safety is paramount, the relevant covid secure training has been carried out.


1.   Agreement to Terms     
1.1  These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (you), and Little Loves yoga CIC, doing business as  Little Loves Yoga, located at 29 Brooms Road, Dumfries, dumfriesshire DG1 2LA United Kingdom (weus), concerning your access to and use of the Little Loves Yoga (https://littlelovesyoga.co.ukwebsite as well as any related applications (the Site).  
The Site provides the following services: Training to educational professionalsOnline and in-person workshops (Services) and physical and downloadable products (goods). You agree that by accessing the Site and/or Services/Goods, you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.  
1.3  We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version of these Terms and Conditions will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. 
1.4  We may update or change the Site from time to time to reflect changes to our products, our users’ needs and/or our business priorities.  
1.5  Our site is directed to people residing in the United Kingdom. The information provided on the Site is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country.   
1.6  The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old.  If you are under the age of 18, you are not permitted to register for the Site or use the Services without parental permission.

3.   Our content    
3.1  Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and Services including source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (Our Content) are owned or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trade mark laws. 
3.2  Except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions, no part of the Site, Services or Our Content may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission. 
3.3  Provided that you are eligible to use the Site, you are granted a limited licence to access and use the Site and Our Content and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use.   
3.4  You shall not (a) try to gain unauthorised access to the Site or any networks, servers or computer systems connected to the Site; and/or (b) make for any purpose including error correction, any modifications, adaptions, additions or enhancements to the Site or Our Content, including the modification of the paper or digital copies you may have downloaded. 
3.5  We shall (a) prepare the Site and Our Content with reasonable skill and care, and (b) use industry-standard virus detection software to try to block the uploading of content to the Site that contains viruses.

4.    Site Management     
4.1  We reserve the right at our sole discretion, to (1) monitor the Site for breaches of these Terms and Conditions; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone in breach of applicable laws or these Terms and Conditions; (3) remove from the Site or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or are in any way a burden to our systems; and (4) otherwise manage the Site in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Site and Services.  
4.2  We do not guarantee that the Site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. 
4.3  You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programs and platform to access the Site and you should use your own virus protection software.  
5.    Modifications to and availability of the Site     
5.1  We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Services without notice at any time.    
5.2  We cannot guarantee the Site and Services will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Site, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. You agree that we have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the Site or Services during any downtime or discontinuance of the Site or Services. We are not obliged to maintain and support the Site or Services or to supply any corrections, updates, or releases. 
5.3  There may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to the Services, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. 6.    Disclaimer/Limitation of Liability

All warranties, terms, conditions and undertakings, express or implied (including by statute, custom or usage, a course of dealing, or common law) in connection with the Site and Services and your use thereof including, without limitation, the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.  
We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the Site’s content and are not liable for any (1) errors or omissions in content: (2) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored on our server; (3) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the site or services; and/or (4) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through the site by any third party. We will not be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay or failure is caused by an event beyond our reasonable control. 
6.2  Our responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you: 
Whether you are a consumer or a business user: 
● We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.  
● If we fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions, we will be responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms and Conditions, but we would not be responsible for any loss or damage that were not foreseeable at the time you started using the Site/Services.  
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Disclaimer/Limitation of Liability section, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to a total aggregate amount equal to the greater of (a) the sum of £5000 or (b) the amount paid, if any, by you to us for the Services/Site during the six (6) month period prior to any cause of action arising.   
If you are a business user
We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with: 
● use of, or inability to use, our Site/Services; or  
● use of or reliance on any content displayed on our Site.  
In particular, we will not be liable for: 
● loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue;  
● business interruption;  
● loss of anticipated savings;  
● loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or

If you are a consumer user: 
● Please note that we only provide our Site for domestic and private use. You agree not to use our Site for any commercial or business purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity. 
● If defective digital content that we have supplied, damages a device or digital content belonging to you and this is caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation.   
● You have legal rights in relation to goods that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will affect these legal rights.     
7.    Term and Termination     
7.1  These Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Site or Services or are otherwise a user of the Site, as applicable. You may terminate your use or participation at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions for terminating user accounts in your account settings, if available, or by contacting us at littlelovesyoga@gmail.com.  
7.2  Without limiting any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to and use of the Site and the Services (including blocking certain IP addresses), to any person for any reason including without limitation for breach of any representation, warranty or covenant contained in these Terms and Conditions or of any applicable law or regulation.  
If we determine, in our sole discretion, that your use of the Site/Services is in breach of these Terms and Conditions or of any applicable law or regulation, we may terminate your use or participation in the Site and the Services or delete any content or information that you posted at any time, without warning, in our sole discretion.  
7.3  If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason set out in this Section 9, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party. In addition to terminating or suspending your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress. 
8.    General    
8.1  Visiting the Site, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.  
You hereby agree to the use of electronic signatures, contracts, orders and other records and to electronic delivery of notices, policies and records of transactions initiated or completed by us or via the Site. You hereby waive any rights or requirements under any statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances or other laws in any jurisdiction which require an original signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records, or to payments or the granting of credits by other than electronic means.  
8.2  These Terms and Conditions and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Site or in respect to the Services constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us.   
8.3  Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.   
8.4  We may assign any or all of our rights and obligations to others at any time.
8.5  We shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay or failure to act caused by any cause beyond our reasonable control.   
8.6  If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.  
8.7  There is no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship created between you and us as a result of these Terms and Conditions or use of the Site or Services. 
8.8  For consumers only  – Please note that these Terms and Conditions, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by Scottish law. You and we both agree that the courts of Scotland will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of England or Wales, you may also bring proceedings in England or Wales. If you have any complaint or wish to raise a dispute under these Terms and Conditions or otherwise in relation to the Site please follow this link http://ec.europa.eu/odr  
8.9  For business users only – If you are a business user, these Terms and Conditions, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by ScottishLaw. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.    
8.10  A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions.
